Most of our vegetables are freshly collected everyday from Cameron highlands. Due to the nature of vegetable, there is no way that we can get everything in a perfect look and feel. Therefore, some vegetables may not be available due to quality issue or it could be due to over demand. Should there be the case, we will provide refund or replacement on other day.
What is your delivery coverage?
We deliver to the entire Penang Island and Mainland EXCEPT Teluk Pahang, Balik Pulau, Kepala Batas, Tasek Gelugor, Nibong Tebal, Sungai Jawi
What is the delivery fee for my orders?
Delivery fees will be calculated base on your delivery address.
Due to rise in operating cost, we will only provide free delivery for order above 150
If I placed an order today, when do I expecting the delivery?
Order place today, you will get it by tomorrow. If any order comes in before 6am in the morning, we will able to deliver on the same day.
What is your delivery time?
Our delivery time is from 11am - 3pm
How do I make payment?
You can pay by credit card or online transfer. If you do online transfer, we only accept instant transfer and you need to email the receipt to email@example.com
How do I contact Customer Support Team?

Can I add more items after order is placed?
You can always add more items or the items which are not even in our list by email to email@example.com Remember to state your PO number so that we know who you are. We will issue a cash bill for additional items, you can make payment by cash to our drivers or by online instant transfer.
What if my order items are missing or having quality issue?
It is always our effort to make things right and supply the best to you but sometimes human errors and the weather conditions are unavoidable. Upon receiving the goods, if you are unhappy with any item or any items that are missing. Please contact us within 48hours. Refund or replacement will not be accepted if the case is reported after 48 hours.
