Sarawak Kampua Noodle 干盘面 ±100gram/pc

aka Hakka Noodles - Hakka Mee

Cooking Method

1. Defrost (Make sure it is wrap with plastic to prevent water building up on noodle)
2. Bring water to boil and cook for 35 seconds
3. Rinse in cold water (The purpose of this is to shrink the noodle)
4. Put back into boiling water for 3-5seconds to warm up the noodle
5. Shake the noodle with access water 
6. Move to a plate with sauce ready
