Before use, move from freezer to chiller overnight, loosen the noodle before cooking. during defrost, best to cover with a thin layer of plastic wrap to prevent water build up on the noodle surface.
Cooking time is 2.5 minutes, rinse in cold water and put back into boiling water for anotehr 3-5 seconds to warn it up.
If you are using high pressure boiling water, you only need 1.5 minutes cooking time.
This premium noodle is made without adding any lye water, therefore, it must be consume as soon as it is cooked, as the delay will soften the noodle texture.
